I just started to look at getting the Resharper.TestDrive plugin working
with R#4.

There seems to be some significant churn in interface names and namespaces
between the nightly builds. How long should I wait before really getting
into the code base for this plugin?

I would suggest waiting for Feature Complete, at least for C# 3.0 support.
