Resharper 4 and missing templates

Hello,

I just updated Resharper C# from 3.1 to 4.0.804.16. All the Live
templates I had in v3.1 are gone from 4.x. Any idea where they might
be stored so I can go get them?

Look upder the %APPDATA% folder, there should be a settings file for each
of the R# versions, "UserSettings.xml". The R#3 settings have not been erased,
so the templates are still there, they've just failed to get into the upgraded
version.

I'm sure we tested the upgrade scenario, so that's strange they were lost.
Were those surround live templates? What were the sharing options for them?

Hello Wayne,

We have checked that and upgrade works fine. It seems like at some point
you already installed a 4.0 build and added new templates to 3.1 after that.
These templates were not upgraded since 4.0 discovered already existing settings
file for 4.0. You can manually copy templates from UserSettings.xml of version
3.1 to the new settings file.
