RSRP-94067 has status closed, but the problem is not solved

Even in build 1175 I get this exception just by opening ReSharper options
dialog and closing it again with the OK button.

It is closed as "Duplicate", if you follow the "duplicates" track you will
find this issue: http://jetbrains.net/jira/browse/RSRP-92788
Which is still open.
