Resharper menu not visible on vs2010?

Hi
   I just installed resharper ReSharper.v5.0.1406.10.vs10.0 and opened a wpf solution. While the extension shows up in the extension manager, I dont have a resharper menu. None of the context menu items seem to be from resharper either. What could the issue be?
