Unreachable Radio Button in Find Usages advanced

Hello,

in the Find Usages Advance Dialog the "Scope/Solution and Libraries"
is not accessible via the given keyboard shortcut.

This keyboard accelerator ("L", AFAIR) is duplicate on this dialog, and is
eaten by some other UI element (a hidden one in most cases). The dialog has
to be reworked. Thanks for pointing out.
