[1623] VS2008 exception on install

Hi,

I keep getting this error in all the latest builds right after installing
ReSharper beta versions.

'Failed to parse keyboard bindings string. Invalid shortcut '½' Requested
value '½' was not found.'

I still can't submit the error in the exception dialog. Says that access is
forbidden to your server.
