[1700] Double click file structure window does not go to declaration
When I double click on a member in the file structure window, the location of the declaration - although right clicking and selecting declaration will. Is anyone else seeing this?

Hello sean,
I couldn't reproduce this behavior with build #1704. Does this still happen
with the latest nightly for you? Thank you!

That seems to be working again now under 2010.
Thanks very much
Sean
Andrew, this happens randomly. There are times when double-clicking will
take me to the declaration, and other times where it does nothing (I have to
right-click and select the option to go to the declaration). I have never
found any rhyme or reason to it, but it happens a lot. I've reported it
before (and you've said you couldn't reproduce it), and when I try again,
suddenly it works. Then a day (or a week) later, it stops again.
There is an issue here. It somehow gets into some state where the
double-click is just ignored. And then just as mysteriously restores itself
to proper function. I've been trying to find a reproducible case, or to
find some pattern, but have not yet been able to determine anything
concrete.

Paul's describes it very well. It did seem fixed after installing 1704, but is now back to the same behaviour, sorry to say. As Paul says, it generally fails, but sometimes works correctly (that is, goes to declaration upon double click).
Hello Sean and Paul,
Is this problem, by any chance, similar to the one logged here: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/RSRP-181831?
Thank you!

Yes, that does seem very similar, and I can reproduce it with 1704.
Thanks
Sean
Also probably worth noting that when double click is not working, Ctrl + B in the File Structure Window seems to be taking me to the definitions.
That does look similar, but I cannot say it is indeed the entire problem.
I've experienced the issue without deleting methods. Perhaps
renaming/refactoring also comes into play? I'll try to pay more attention
the next time I see it.

Thanks for letting us know Andrey. Looking forward to testing the fix.
Any chance you could look at this while you are poking around in there?
RSRP-157935 Would like the File Structure Window "Automatically scroll to source" feature to place the selected item at the top of the document window

Great to hear! Thanks for the update!
