VSIX Upgrade support
Can you please update the VSIX manifest to support in-place upgrades? Just make sure the manifest ID is the same but the version number is higher.
Right now, it's simply set to 6.1; please make it the full build like you have in the description.
It'll make updating the nightlies much easier.

Additionally, how about providing a Extension Manager feed, so Visual Studio 2011 can detect an update automatically?

manifest file anyway.
