Resharper 9 EAP 5 Extension Manager not visible

Hi,

I have just installed EAP 5 . So far so godd :-)


But I can't find a way to open the Extension Manager. Do I miss something ?
What do i have to do so enable it ?

The extensions functionality has not been restored yet in this release. The
Extension Manager will get published in one of the next EAP builds.

I have Resharper 9 EAP 8 and I have an Extension Manager, but nothing shows up in it.  Not sure if it is supposed to yet.
