Refactor Menu Items Disabled

Using VS2008,  Most of my Refactor menu options are disabled.  Tried re-installing,
re-assigning keyboard, reset VS settings, etc.

Any ideas, the rest of ReSharper 5 seems to work fine.

I have the same problem with VS 2010 wirh Resharper 7.1 (trial period). What is the solution of the problem?

Could you please provide a fullscreen screenshot of what's happening in your case, so I can see the source code which you're trying refactor, and the state of refactor menu.
