key mapping problem
I assigned ctrl-D to resharper.gotodeclaration and it worked once but now
ctrl-D always duplicates. I have gone back in and set it several times with
no luck. When I go back into the mapping it says it is
resharper.gotodeclaration so it isn't loosing the setting.
I have tried ctrl-D with edit.gototodeclaration and I get the same results.
The worst part is that ctrl-B doesn't work any more either.
I think I am using 1.5. I downloaded the standard version a few days ago.
I don't know the version for sure because you forgot to put an "about" in
your menu.

Now goto definition doesn't even work in the right-click menu. I have no
way to go to definition at all now.

Hello Mark,
Anyway, you can figure out the version by taking a look at VS About dialog.
Hello Mark,
what 'goto definition' feature you're talking about - VS' or Resharper's
one?
What do you mean by it does not work - do you get any errors? Please make
sure
that ReSharper is enabled (Tools|AddIn Manager). Please also check your current
keyboard mappings (Tools|Options|Environment|Keyboard).
