How to Disable Tips of the day?

The setting is pretty easy to find, Resharper -> Options -> General -> Show
tips on startup.

But I think there should be a checkbox on the tips dialog itself too.

How can I disable these tips to have peace ?

This should be a bug. Is the same tip shown each time?
