Lost own toolbar

Hello trapet,

this is a known issue. The problem is that ReSharper installation runs 'devenv
/setup' command which destroys customized toolbars (a bug in VS 2003).
You can workaround this issue by doing backup of the CmdUI.prf (located somewhere
in you user directory) file before installing ReSharper and then restoring
it after installation.

When I install resharper 2 on VS 2003, my personal created toolbars
will disappear.
