Live Template Macro

My two primary add-ins are Resharper and GhostDoc.

It would be really nice if the two could be integrated, so that
Resharper could use GhostDoc documentation as part of its Live
Templates or vice versa.

I imagine that this could be done by extending the Macros in Live
Templates to support calling VS Macros (somehow). In this way I could
call the GhostDoc using a VS Macro.
