Vs2005 doesn't start after upgrading to 2.0.1

As subject says vs2005 hangs after uninstallation of R# 2.0 and installation of 2.0.1.
The devenv.exe process cpu usage is near to 100% but it can't get past the splash screen :(
Any hint?

Edit:
Uninstallig 2.0.1 and reinstalling 2.0 seems to fix the problem

I have the same problem.
The first launch with 2.0.1 worked, but subsequent launches of VS stall, hang and must be killed with task manager.

could you please attach a debugger to the VS during its hang and capture
the state of the managed threads? Thanks.
