_Resharper.* directory gets published with ASP.NET 2.0 app

The best solution I think is to configure ReSharper to store it's internal
caches not under solution, but in temporary folder.
Please check ReSharper->Options->General page, "Caches" section

gets published with the rest of the app directory contents. I would prefer
this directory gets ignored by the VS.NET publish process.

I have ReSharper configured as recommend by Eugene Pasynkov and I find it
works fairly well. The ReSharper cache folders are now in
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp instead of my working copy folder. I
prefer this approach because it makes working with Subversion/TortoiseSVN a
bit easier and I have one folder to go to to clean out the caches.
