This item was closed because it cannot be recreated. I can recreate it
every single time I load my project in Visual Studio. (I've tried
checking the box that says not to report this exception any more, as
there doesn't seem to be any side effect, but that doesn't work either -
so I have to Ignore through that dialog every time I start up).
I'm still having trouble with docked R# windows not staying docked when
I run R# as well.
It bothers me that these issues don't seem to get much attention from
y'all. I understand these sorts of problems can be time consuming to
deal with - but I've offered to run a debug build, or I think you guys
have debug logs or somesuch ... it's frustrating not to get some sort of
attempt to dig out what the problem is on these sorts of things.

it would be nice if you make a simple solution which we could use here for
repeating this issue. Unfortunately,
we haven't any success in creating such a solution so far. I think as a first
step you could just post here the log (ReSharper|Show Log)
captured after opening the project / solution.
