VS2005 wont get past the splash screen. Help

if this problem is repeatable, please try to attach a debugger to the 'devenv.exe',
capture stack traces and post them here. Thanks.

After upgrading to resharper 3.0, when I fire up VS2005 it just sits
on the splash screen. What should I do?
