Live Templates & Plugins for RS3

It would be nice to have a dedicated place for this indeed.
Maybe a forum, a newsgroup ?

Dear forum users, I would like to ask you if there is a collection of
the best Live Templates for Resharper somewhere over the net.

Moreover, I'm a Java + IDEA developer moved to C#: is there a
collection of ReSharper plugins like the ones for IDEA. I really miss
the Generate toString() plugin.

Hello Dirk,

We understand the need to create a public place for ReSharper plugins, tips
and tricks, FAQ, discussion and so on. We just didn't have any resources
(developer's time) available for this task last year. We are going to invest
into such a site pretty soon. No promises though :)
