Package Load Failure Resharper 3.0

and send us the resulting log.xml file for diagnostics. Thanks.

Hi

I have tried to install ReSharper 3.0, but when I start VS2005 I get a
Package Load Failure, see attached image.

Old versions of ReSharper works without a problem.

I have tried to:
- Reinstall ReSharper 3.0 multiple times
- Install ReSharper on top of a 2.5 and a 2.5.2
- Repair VS2005
nothing works, does anybody know a solution to this.
