Resharper 3.0.1 Strange Behavior

Hi Guys !!

I am facing a strange problem with Resharper 3.0.1. ie, in VS2005 the resharper is initialized only on the first time after the installation. if i am opening another project i am getting an error

" The add-in 'ReSharper 3.0' has failed to start
There is an error in xml document (0,0) "

I checked on the UserSettings.xml and NameSpace.xml in the Application Data Folder, it is having only Configuration node with out any child nodes.

Any support in this regard will be highly appreciated....

Could you please check for the full stack trace of this error? I believe
it should be logged into the %TEMP%/JetLogs folder.
