R# 3.0.1 help does not get integrated with MSDN help
R
3.0.1 help does not get integrated with MSDN help. The help files do exist; I can launch it from the VS Resharper menu. But the R# help doesn't appear in the MSDN help contents or index.
I uninstalled and reinstalled twice, with no improvement. Both MSDN Help and VS were closed.
How can I make this work?
I've attached the installation log.

Hello,
I've checked a clean installation on a recent 3.0 version — the Index and
Contents were pretty OK. I cannot positively identify any issues that could
cause the help integration to fail in your installations. If you really need
R# help with Contents and Index for some reason, you should try the following
tasks:
• Go to the “Visual Studio Combined Help Collection Manager” topic inside
MSDN itself and try switching R# on/off updating the VSCC. That could possibly
help.
• Launch a standalone view of the R# help with “dexplore.exe /helpcol ms-help://JetBrains.ReSharper.1033”.

Neither of these ideas work.
+Go to the ?Visual Studio Combined Help Collection Manager? topic inside
MSDN itself and try switching R# on/off updating the VSCC. That could possibly
help.+
There is nothing in the help or in the UI to get to anything that will control the help collections.
?Launch a standalone view of the R# help with ?dexplore.exe /helpcol ms-help://JetBrains.ReSharper.1033?.
This doesn't work either, it says the help file is invalid.
Resharper help opens as a visual studio document with no index, or contents. Most other companies that try to do integrated help don't do it perfectly, but resharper's doesn't work at all.
The problem is that resharper help from the resharper menu opens the help in visual studio, not the external viewer. With no table of contents, etc. But the external viewer contents does have the resharper topic in it. So it does work somewhat.
Hello,
This is an expected behavior of the earlier 3.0-family releases. Newer versions
should open the help topic by its keyword thru the regular Visual Studio
help system.
Then, after all, the R# Help has integrated successfully into the MSDN collection?

Did you manage to open the specified help topic in the viewer? It has checkboxes
for controlling the help files installed into the help collection.

Hi there,
I find that if I open up MSDN Library outside of VS2005, Resharper material won't be present. However, if I open MSDN Library (?) from within VS2005, by 'Contents' from the 'Help' menu, it is present. It's a nice help file -- it just doesn't seem to be accessible outside of VS2005 as far as I can determine.
