Unable to install ReSharper 3.02
After installing Resharper 3.02 when I try and start VS2005 I get the attached message. I've uninstalled several times but keep getting this error.

After two days of frustration I am still unable to get Resharper to work. Here is the latest error message that gets displayed

I finally got it. I had to delete all the resharper files in my
C:\PROGRAM FILES \common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies.
