Resharper broken after Upgrade...

Hello..

I tried to upgrade resharper from 3.0 to 3.02.

I did the recomanded uninstall/install routine, but after the new installátion resharper does not work anymore.

The Menu is still there, but no menu items work anymore. I am unable to enter my serial or anything.

Can please anyone poit out how i can fix this? I even tried to install the 3.03 EAP version, but it still shows the same problems.

This is for VS2005
