Export Live Templates in R# 4.1

Hello Peter,

When exporting templates try to expand the entire tree and then make sure
every template is checked. Does this help?

<TemplatesExport family="Live Templates" />

Nothing else to try? Some file on disk or other way to extract live
templates to file to move to another pc?

Found workaround:
1. Export live templates to file (generates empty root element)
2. Mount file storage... to this file
3. Create new templates under mounted node (named e.g. "Live
Templates.xml")
4. When created templates is completed then right click on node "File
Live Templates.xml" and exec "Save To Disk"

Now live templates are saved to file "Live Templates.xml" and can be
moved to other pc with "Mount file storage..."

This seems like a bug in 4.1. We will try to fix it shortly and upload
a fixed version. Sorry for that.
