"Cannot resolve symbol" in project with web reference in ASP.Net website project

I have a project where I am adding a web reference, which adds successfully, but both the name space and the class names are marked with the "Cannot resolve symbol" error and ReSharper's IntelliSense doesn't work. If I turn off the ReSharper IntelliSense and use Visual Studio's works just fine.

My machien specifics:

Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (6.1.7600)

Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Version 9.0.30729.1 SP
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 3.5 SP1

I'm sorry, I thought I had included that infomation.

I first saw it on 5.0 RTW and then installed 5.1.1704.7 to see if that would fix it, but it didn't.
