Overriding a method does not present all possibilities

Hello,

I think I found a bug. I am looking to override the validate method on page but it only shows up if I type it fully. In the past I concluded that it wasn't there since I relied on R# :)

Once you fully type it and start with a blank string he founds the validate method. Is it correct that this is a bug?
