Reformatting / Extracting Methods not adding "this." qualifier

At the moment ReSharper doesn't take that option into account when inserting
the method call. I've filed a bug-report and you're welcome to vote for it:

We are running the latest build version 5.1.3 in visual studio 2008.
When we extract methods etc it is creating the method however where
the code is being executed the "this." qualifier is not being added.

We have "force "this." qualifier...." set to "use always" in the
formatting options.

Is this a bug or am I missing something with the formatting and setup
of resharper?
