This is a bit annoing. Hope it will be fixed asap. Cant't login to my JetBrains YT at the moment so I post it here now:

(already had problems when using my Blogger OpenID then it worked for a while and now the above message appears ^^)

Stopped occurring ....
After closing Visual Studio and restarting it again it disappeared for a while but today I am not able to reproduce it too ...

FYI: Occurs again.Also when not using the mouse-wheel.
It occurs when big XML files (1000 lines or more) are displayed ... So it should be reproduce-able for you now?
