Wrong duplicate modifier message

Hello Harald-René,

Do you see an error mark on ReSharper's error stripe when this happens? Such
errors are known to be caused by Visual Studio built-in parser. Thank you!

Sometimes a "Duplicate '...' modifier appears and does not disappear
any more.

Workaround: Close the .cs file and open it and it should be gone.
Otherwise you have to restart VS.
