R# 6.1 solution errors re-appear

I have a problem that has started since I upgraded to R# 6.1.

In a project with Solution Analysis enabled, R# reports several errors. If I tell R# to ignore the errors, previously they would remain ignored until the file contents changed. In R# 6.1, the errors re-appear each time I open the solution, so I have to go and dismiss them again.
