How to mark some of R# options as to be mandatory?

I really appreciate the effort in the new options management of R#, but there is one question left.

In our company we would like to have a set of options of R# to be used by everyone. Some of those options should be mandatory and some of them could be overwritten by the user. How can we achieve that?
