Cannot view local help file
In VS2010 and using Resharper 6.1, I get this error when I try to access the local help file:
This program cannot display the webpage
"Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
What you can try:
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
More information
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain. "
In Windows 7, I thought I could unblock the file but I couldn't see an "Unblock" button when I right-clicked the file in Windows Explorer.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hello Geoffrey
Have you set up any custom security options under Control Panel | Internet Options and User Account Control? Thank you!

I don't think I made any changes in custom security options under Control Panel | Internet Options and User Account Control? Could you be more specific? Are there any specific settings that might be causing this problem?
By the way, I can read other .chm files without any problems.
