Resharper Test Runner Hiding Somewhere

Hello all,
I was moving my test runner to the right side doc in VS 2010 when suddenly VS crashed. Probably not related to Resharper. However, when I reopened VS and ran my unit tests (MSTest for this project) it was clear that something was happening but the test runner does not show anywhere and I can't seem to get it to pop up again.

Does anyone have a recommendation?

Hello Colin,

Please try to use "Window | Reset Window Layout" command from VS main menu.
Please let me know if it helps.

Thanks so much Alex. I guess the window was hiding in some strange place. I guess it wasn't really a Resharper issue.
