Resharper 8 not loading in VS2012 Update3 - Could not load file or assembly 'yWorks.yFilesWPF.Viewer

Resharper menu option has been removed from VS2012. Does anyone have any input to where i can get these missing yWorks.yFilesWPF.Viewer dlls?  

• I had done an install of Office 2013-Onenote/Word/Excel/Lync/Powerpoint, and then an install of outlook/access from Office 2010 around the time this stopped working, could this be the culprit?  
• I tried uninstall reinstall of ReSharperSetup.8.0.14.856 and an install/uninstall/reinstall of ReSharperSetup.8.0.1000.2286
• I tried devenv.exe /resetsettings, no results
• I do have SyleCop and dotPeek installed.  Tried to reinstall both
• when i do a devenv.exe /log i get the following issues with resharper:
