VS2013 fonts and colors

hi. i'm using a dark theme in visual studio. after upgrading from 2012 to 2013 RTM my syntax highlighting in c# is all messed up. i'm unable to find all the resharper related color settings in the VS options.

this is how it used to look like in VS 2012: the resharper list items are all missing now.

is there a way to keep using the same style as in VS 2012?
