Extract Method window doesn't resize/expand in a useful way

When I expand the Extract method window, the paramater section expands and adds a lot of useless white space while the code review section stays in size when that section is the one that needs to expand because there's a lot more code to display than a few parameters. I have to copy and paste the code into an editor so I can see it all. I can't resize the parameters and preivew section seperately. They are static and not elastic. The window's resize functionality needs improvement. This same issue might exist in other refactor windows but I haven't checked.
