It is possible to implement a custom live template macro and the corresponding
sample will be available in the next build. What do you mean by a 'custom'
live template handler?

Is it possible to implement a 'custom' live template handler, or a
custom live template macro handler?

Never mind, I thought it might be interesting to implement a complete
live template in a separate assembly, but I guess it isn't even
necessary if custom live template macro's are supported. Which is very
useful by the way.

I thought it would be interesting to have a regular expression as a
shortcut instead of a fixed code, but couldn't think of a useful example
anymore...
