Greyed-out plugin menu item
I've removed the action to insert a menu item under the Resharper menu but even after removing the plugin from the plugin directory under program files when I restart VS I see a grey-out menu item for the plugin.
Why is this?

How do I get ride of it?

Unfortunately, this is a bug in ReSharper 7 - it doesn't remove a sub-menu header when the plugin is removed. The menu is empty, but disabled. I'm not sure how to remove it, I'm afraid.
