Extension Manager with Authenticated Nuget Feed

I'd like to share some team settings as a nuget package. The package is hosted in a vsts nuget feed, which requires authentication. When I add the feed url to the extension manager the feed is accepted, but the extensions do not show up. Given that I wasn’t promoted to authenticate to the feed this isn’t surprising.

How can I authenticate to a nuget feed using the extension manager?
