ReSharper vs VS code analysis

 Hello everybody,

I wanna apply some code rules for the whole team. In order to do so I have to define them in the resharper. But wenn I test what I have done, I got for example from ReSharper : "User 'this' qualifier" and wenn I do so then the VS2015 comes and tells me "Remove 'this qualification'".

I know I can disable that from the Code Analysis Rules in the Project properties. But I have to do this everytime that I create a new project. Is there a more automated way?
