Unable to attach performance snapshot to submit performance problem

I am trying to submit a performance problem and it requires me to "Please attach at least one performance or memory snapshot be clicking the 'Attach' button below. When I do that and then select any of the snapshots, "Performance Snapshot (Timeline) in this case, I get this error message, "Failed to attach using self-profiling API". So, because of that I can not submit any performance problems. Anybody run into this before and if so, how did you get around it? Thanks.

I had looked at that and believe that I tried the steps that it suggests. But, today I saw your response and went back to that page an tried again. This in Visual Studio when I went to the 'ReSharper | Help | Profile Visual Studio', it automatically started downloading the self-profiling tool, which it did not do previously. So, maybe the few computer restarts between then and now allowed this to start working. But either way, I have now successfully been able to capture a snapshot for submitting a performance issue. Thanks for the help.
