Can not activate AI Assistant
Read another post with the same issue but did not help. Here is a partial section of my log.

Hi Karen, thanks for the log file. Unfortunately, I could not find the “Client must authenticate itself to get the requested response” exception in this log. Is there a chance that you sent the wrong log? Could you please try the following steps? And if the workaround doesn’t work, then collect a new log as described in the article? Thank you!
Hi Maria, Yes I'm sure I provided the proper log file. In regards to “the following steps” I can't be spending time on those steps, too much work to get done. Guess I will pass on using the AI Assistant.
