Coded ui tests not recognised and cannot be run

Hiya,

I've just updated resharper to version 2017.3.1 and my coded ui tests are no longer appearing as tests available for running in the resharper test runner. This is a problem in both Visual Studio 15.5.3. and 15.5.2; they are still recognized and can be run using the VS test runner.

Reproduction is fairly straightforward:

• Create new VS solution
• Choose type Coded UI Test Project
• Attempt to run the automatically generated coded ui test using resharper.
