WPF refactoring cause xaml files are deleted and content of those files set to nothing

Select several files, including xaml files. Right click to do a move refactor. will cause

1. XAML's references are not updated.

2. some xaml files are deleted and content of them are nothing. 0 KB file.

Request a fix and fall back version should include this fix.
