[Suggestion] hide scrollbar suggestion lines if error exists

Is there way to hide suggestion in scrollbar if there are warnings or errors?

In image bellow i have lots of suggestions (green), warnings (orange) and some errors (red) and it is one big mess ...

what i would like to see is this:

if there is an error: show only errors (and maybe warnings too)

else if there is an warning: show only warnings

else show suggestions, todos, etc

Why: im usually fixing errors, then warnings and then looking at suggestions ....
