ReSharper 2017.2 blinks permanently in the Visual Studio 2017 status bar

I created a Web app from Angular template in the VS2017 (with local Git). After opening the solution, ReSharper continuously updating something blinking in the studio's status bar and taking about 60% of CPU time. What is it doing and how to stop this activity?

Addition: I am looking to the Startup.cs file and nobody is modifying it, while ReSharper shows it as "green OK" then immediately as blue circle analyzing, then again green square OK, then again blue circle analyzing. What is happening?
