InspectCode (CLT) not generating StyleCop Issues

 Hi,

I have installed the latest StyleCop through Extension Manager.

I can see all the violations in the Visual Studio Code Editor based on Style Cop Inspection severity.

But if I try to inspect the solution through Command Line Tool Inspect Code, the generated output file doesn't contain the Style Cop Issues and all other Issues are as per my Resharper configuration.

My .DotSetting file resides at solution level and I did enable the solution wide analysis.

Command - <SolutionFile> -o=<output>
