Resharper static code analysis for incremental code in a specific file

Hi,

Would it be possible to run static code analysis on c# incremental code in a file. Where in we in the current c# code file, have made changes either by adding a new function or adding few lines of code in the exiting function. Can we run static code analysis on those lines which are newly added (incremental code).

If its possible, can you please share the steps for the same. I have seen options for running code inspection of specific folder and files.
