Crtl + Alt + S not working in VS 2017

Answered

Resharper 2017.1.1 (4/7/2017).

I have both VS 2015 & 2017 installed.

Using Crtl + Alt + S to alphabetize and remove unused using statements does not appear to be working in Visual Studio 2017.

It does still work just fine in Visual Studio 2015.

I have tried to reset settings and can't seem to get it to work. Is this a bug, or is there something I need to do to configure properly in 2017?

I had always thought that the functionality I was using was a Resharper item, but it maybe it was not. I also do not have Productivity Power Tools installed.

To resolve for me, I unticked the checkbox "ReSharper | Options | Environment | Keyboard & Menus | Hide overridden VS menu items" and then found the command I was looking for under Edit | IntelliSense | Remove and Sort Usings.

I then went into Tools | Options | Environment | Keyboard, searched for 'Edit.RemoveAndSort' and remapped that to a new text editor shortcut.
